8 Days Oman Vacation Package

Upon arrival, you will be met and assisted by our Luxor and Aswan Travel representative at Muscat International Airport. You will be transfered to your hotel in Muscat.

Breakfast at hotel. Afterwards, head to see the Sultan's Palace. The next stop is the Bait Al Zubair Museum. From here you will drive to the Corniche. The Corniche is near the main Mina Al Sultan Qaboos port of Oman and the Muttrah souk. At night, all the ships in the harbor are also illuminated, you will drive to the Grand Mosque for a photo stop. And then drive back to the hotel.

Breakfast at hotel and check out. You will be picked up at 8:00am. Have a short stop to visit Amouage Factory. The next stop is Nakhl which also has the highest fort in Oman. Stop at Wadi Bani Auf where the main attraction is the old houses. This Wadi is also well known as the snake gorge because of the wide variety of desert snakes that live here. Proceed to Bilad Sayt, a village that is famous for its clay houses and the Oasis in which the village population lives.
After this visit, enjoy a picnic lunch on top of the mountain. Continue driving to Al Hamra a 400-year-old town in the region of Ad Dakhiliyah. Then proceed to Misfat Al Abryeen which is one of the prettiest traditional villages in Oman. Go down to Nizwa and check in to the hotel.

Breakfast at hotel and check out. Youwill be picked up at 8:00am. Drive to Oasis of Tanuf springs. Head to the small town of Bahla, famous for its gigantic fort. Proceed on to the Jabreen Castle, which became a seat for Omani education and learning. Lunch in local restaurant. Proceed to the Wadi of Maydeen. This Wadi is located at the foot of the Jabals and has a beautiful natura spring water source. And then Proceed to drive up to the Jabal Akhdar, or Green Mountain in Arabic. Then check in to the hotel.

Breakfast in the hotel and check out, pick up at 8:00am and drive down to Nizwa. There are many short walks and long hikes to do in Jebal Akhdar. Then drive to Wadi Bani Habib - a green and photogenic but deserted village on top of Saiq Plateau, Jabal Akhdar. Drive to Birkat Al Mauz or village of clay. Lunch in local restaurant and proceed to Wahiba. The camp’s serene environment and simplicity is a wonderful experience after our daily urban lives in the city. Stop to visit a Bedouin home (Camel ride optional). Enjoy a traditional Arabic meal, Omani coffee and dates. Overnight at Arabian Bedouin Camp.

Breakfast at hotel. Then drive to Wadi Bani Khalid, where the pools has clear deep cool waters and the shade of the palm trees are inviting for a relaxing siesta! Catch a glimpse of the pretty villages scattered all over Wadi Bani Khalid. (Please bring along your swim- wear, the clear waters of the Wadi are very inviting!) Continue to Sur and visit the fishermen’s harbor where you can witness the fishermen in action. Lunch in local restaurant. After lunch, continue towards to Ras Al Hadd. Check in to the hotel and short rest. After a refreshing shower, drive to Carapace Centre and assemble in the main lobby of Carapace.

Breakfast in the hotel and check out, pick up at 8:00 AM. Proceed on to the Dhow building yard. Dhows are traditional Omani wooden fisher boats that are even today, built by hand. Continue via Qalhat where Bibi Miriam’s tomb (photo stop). Drive to Wadi Tiwi. Proceed to the white beaches of Finns and picnic lunch will be served. Also see the Bimah Sinkhole, a natural hole in the round created by a collapsing mountain. The hole is filled with blue-green sea water. Finally we pass through the village of Quriyat, guarded by its 18th century fort and return to Muscat.

After breakfast, transfer to Muscat International Airport for final departure.
